We totally get how frustrating that can be. Courier delays can happen due to weather, staffing issues, or rerouted shipments — and sadly, they’re out of our hands once your order is picked up.

If your package has a delivery date listed under your tracking number, please allow 2–3 extra business days for it to arrive. It’s likely still on its way and just running behind.

If your tracking hasn’t updated in 3+ business days or it says "delivered" and you don’t have it — reach out to us and we’ll help however we can!
